In the event of any duplicate charge resulting from a processing error, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order according to the delivery policy, you will receive a full refund of your design order amount.

If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Design 360 Agency, you have the option to submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial design. However, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with your initial designs if no refund request is received within five days of the initial design delivery. For Special/Combo packages, the refund policy applies similarly to single packages.

All refund requests will be processed according to the following guidelines:

A full refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made before the initial concept delivery.

A 66% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made within 48 hours.

A 33% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the initial design delivery.

No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

If there is a lack of communication for more than 3 weeks despite multiple follow-ups from Design 360 Agency via email and calls, no refund request will be entertained. Instead, the project will be placed on hold until communication is reestablished with reactivation or reinstatement fee applies according to the case it may vary.

Please note that after the initial design is sent and one revision is made, a change of mind will not qualify for a refund.

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. Design 360 Agency reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, based on the violation of your user agreement.

Fair Usage Policy:

To ensure our services are utilized to their fullest extent, we offer unlimited revisions. However, under our fair usage policy, this entails a maximum of 30 revisions per project. Any revisions beyond this limit will incur additional charges.

Upon refund approval, you acknowledge the transfer of design rights to the company. You agree that you will not have any direct or indirect rights to use any response, content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in them.

In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Design 360 Agency will share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs, restricting their reuse as original designs in the future.

Account Area:

The Account Area serves as a convenient communication tool. It is your sole responsibility to regularly check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Failure to check or utilize the Account Area frequently does not constitute sufficient grounds for a refund. However, if you are unsure how to navigate the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.

Delivery Policy:

All design order files are dispatched to the Account Area according to the date specified on the Order Confirmation Email. Additionally, an email notification is sent to inform the client of their design order delivery to their designated account area. All policies regarding revisions and refunds are contingent upon the date and time of the design order being delivered to the client’s account area.

For urgent needs, we provide a RUSH DELIVERY service where you can receive your initial logo samples within 24 hours by paying an additional $100 fee. For further assistance, please reach out to us at the 24-Hour Customer Support Center.

Revision Policy:

We offer an assured unlimited revision service. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, and we will amend their design at no extra cost, as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Notice and Procedure for Reporting Copyright Violation:

The Company and its affiliates uphold a commitment to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. If any user browsing the site believes that their work has been unlawfully copied, resulting in copyright infringement, please provide the Company with the following information:

If there is any dispute relating to the services that they purchase through the site, the disputes shall be submitted to Dispute Handling Department.

Disputes initiated without prior communication with Design 360 Agency will result in the immediate termination of any ongoing services and future business relationships.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims and provide evidence of service delivery and customer communication.
